Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

In order to return or exchange an item, please email npsuniformshop@gmail.com to discuss your requirements or visit https://nps-uniform.myshopify.com/a/506-returns-manager to make the request. You will be able to choose between Refund / Store Credit or Exchange options.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please return items to the Uniform Shop during opening hours or to the school office. 

We usually have a 14-day return policy, if you would like to make a return outside of this time, please check with the Uniform Shop Manager first. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund back to your card.
